Why is 0!=1??

Why is 0!=1? why I publish this story? so the reason is….
Recently I had an interview & the interviewer asked me to have you ever searched for why is 0!=1? but unfortunate I knew the reason :-D
so what’s the reason of “0” Factorial is equal’s to one….
Let’s start with an example.

1!=1x1=1
2!=2x1=2
3!=3x2x1=6
4!=4x3x2x1=24 & so on….

How to solve this!!!!

Step1:
Start with the reverse order
First, divide 24/4 it becomes 6
Step2:
Second divide 6/3 it becomes 2
Step3:
Third divide 2/2 it becomes 1
Step4:
Fourth divide 1/1 it becomes 1
so finally we get 1 in the end that’s why 0!=1
